PURPOSE: A thin film transistor display panel is provided to prevent lowering of performance of a transistor and lowering of display quality due to a thickness difference of a lower film of a data line. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of gate lines(GL) and a plurality of data lines(DL) are arranged on a display area. The gate lines and the data lines are arranged on an insulating substrate. A plurality of data pad connection lines(DLL) are arranged on a peripheral area. The data pad connection lines are arranged on the insulating substrate. A plurality of connecting members(IB1,IB2) are arranged on the insulating substrate. The connecting members electrically connect the date lines with the data pad connection lines.
