PURPOSE: A photoelectro-motive force module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize operation efficiency degradation by forming an opaque metal electrode between a transparent electrode and a bus bar and improving electrical contact properties. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(110) is formed on a substrate(100). A photoelectric transformation layer(120) is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(130) of light-transmission materials is formed on the photoelectric transformation layer. A bus bar(140) is formed on the second electrode. The bus bar receives a current created by the photoelectric transformation layer and transfers the current to outside. A conductive metal electrode(150) is formed between the second electrode and the bus bar. The resistance of the conductive metal electrode is lower than the resistance of the second electrode and is higher than the resistance of the bus bar. |
