<p>Provided is a self-programming method for a file system based on a NAND gate (NAND) Flash memory (FLASH). The method includes: parsing a binary file of the file system to obtain a file system information file (101); reading and saving by a system boot loader the data of the file system information file from the NAND FLASH after being powered up, checking whether the checksum, magic number and/or unique identifier of the file system information file are correct, and programming the file system after it is determined that all of them are correct(102). Also provided is a self-programming device for a file system based on NAND FLASH. The method and device can achieve the programming of the file system quickly and reduce the requirements on the programming device and technicians, thereby reducing the costs of development and production.</p> |
