<p>A pressure chamber (12) on the vehicle upper side of a left wheel side cylinder (CL) and a pressure chamber (23) on the vehicle lower side of a right wheel side cylinder (CR) communicate with, and are connected to, each other by a first communication passageway (1), and a pressure chamber (13) on the vehicle lower side of a left wheel side cylinder (CL) and a pressure chamber (22) on the vehicle upper side of a right wheel side cylinder (CR) communicate with, and are connected to, each other by a second communication passageway (2). A valve mechanism (3) is fitted between the first communication passageway and the second communication passageway. The first communication passageway and the second communication passageway are always in communication, and when the pressure difference generated when a fluid moves from one of the first or the second communication passageway to the other reaches a prescribed threshold, the movement of the fluid from one of the first or the second communication passageway to the other is prevented.</p> |
