摘要 The invention relates to a method for production of a capacitive storage element (10) having a layer system (18) on one side (16) of a porous substrate (12), which is in the form of a conductive substrate (14) or has a conductive surface layer (26) at least on one side (16), wherein the layer system (18) has a layer sequence comprising a dielectric titanate layer (20) and an electrically conductive layer (22). The invention provides for an external electrical field to be applied in the direction of the layer sequence in order to form a closed titanate layer (20) with an adjustable minimum layer thickness (D), and for a fluid with titanate particles located therein to be applied to the substrate (12) with the field applied. The invention also relates to a corresponding capacitive storage element (10) and to the use of a capacitive storage element (10) as a storage element of an electrical energy store for supplying power to an electric or hybrid drive for a motor vehicle.
