<p>Disclosed are an adaptive control method and a control system for a wet clutch used in a continuously variable transmission, which carry out real-time monitoring and controlling of the actual engaging time of a clutch during the process of clutch control, and activate an adaptive function if at this time other conditions such as vehicle speed, accelerator pedal, etc. meet adaptive conditions; the result is to store an oil pressure value for oil feeding which needs to be adjusted into an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory, serving to correct the calibration data in the application software, so as to control the actual engaging time of the clutch to meet the requirement of the target engaging time. When the automatic transmission control unit is working normally, the control method and system can automatically optimize the engaging time and shift quality of the clutch, and have a strongly adaptive capability. The implementation of an adaptive algorithm in the control system enables the engaging quality of the clutch in an automatic transmission to be maintained at optimal performance during its service life cycle, and ensures the shift time and quality are smooth and stable.</p> |
