<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film composition used in a wet coating method for solar battery and a transparent conductive film prepared from the composition, and particularly to provide a transparent conductive film capable of enhancing generation efficiency of a thin-film solar battery by increasing a difference between a refraction factor of a transparent conductive film and that of a photoelectric conversion layer, thus increasing reflected light on an interface between the transparent conductive film and the photoelectric conversion layer and using increased return light to the photoelectric conversion layer, and to provide a transparent conductive film composition capable of forming the transparent conductive film. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film composition for a solar battery includes conductive oxide particles; spherical colloidal silica particles each having an average grain diameter of 6-45 nm; and binder. The spherical colloidal silica particles of 2-35 pts.mass is included in the conductive oxide particles and spherical colloidal silica particles of a total of 100 pts.mass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
