PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting display with an improved shock resistant characteristic and an electric device equipped with the same.

SOLUTION: An organic light emitting display comprises: a frame; a first substrate arranged on the frame and having a display part formed on one side; a second substrate arranged so as to face the first substrate; a driver IC arranged above either the first substrate or the second substrate; and a buffer member formed so as to cover the driver IC.
