<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an air conditioning operation so as not to damage comfortableness of office workers while reducing an energy consumption amount. <P>SOLUTION: The detection information reception portion 22 of an air conditioning control device 20 receives the detection result of the presence state of an office worker in each section from a detection device 10. A control determination portion 24 acquires the scheduled presence state of the office worker in each section from schedule information stored in a storage portion 21, and acquires an actually detected presence state in the section. When the current present schedule of the office worker in the section where the current presence of the office worker is detected by the detection device 10 is set in the schedule information, it is determined that at predetermined time before time when absent schedule of the office worker in the section is set in the schedule information, the operation of an individual air conditioner 30 having the section as an air conditioning target is stopped.
