<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AV container box with sound and vibration proof measures proportionate to viewing and listening to a video and a film with large sound, without substantially increasing thickness and weight of an inwall, for comfortably viewing and listening inside and outside. <P>SOLUTION: An AV theater sound proofing system uses a container box. The AV theater is equipped with an AV equipment inside of the container box. Sound insulating walls are provided in four side surfaces of the container box.
