<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display sheet capable of exhibiting a high contrast, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device provided with the display sheet, and further to provide an electronic apparatus with high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A display device 20 comprises: a substrate 12; a counter substrate 11 disposed opposite to the substrate 12; a display layer 400 interposed between the substrate 12 and the counter substrate 11 and filled with dispersion liquid 100 containing white particles A and black particles B dispersed in a dispersion medium 7; and partition members 6 disposed inside the display layer 400 and dividing the display layer 400 into a plurality of regions S.
