<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate substance detection sensor with high reliability, that stabilizes a dead time of the particulate substance detection sensor for detecting an amount of a particulate substance contained in a gas to be measured by detecting an electrical characteristic that changes in accordance with the amount of the particulate substance deposited between a pair of electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: A hole 201 for introducing a gas to be measured is formed at a position opposing a detection part 11, and within a range where electric field intensity generated between a pair of detection electrodes 110 and 120 in the detection part 11 is uniform when an opening edge of the introduction hole 201 is projected on the detection part 11 in a case where the hole 201 is rotated in a circumferential direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
