<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle for resin-molding gas filling which is free of structural defects causing leakage of a gas, simplifies fabrication processes and allows mass production at high speeds. <P>SOLUTION: In the nozzle for resin-molding gas filling including a nozzle for gas filling, with the nozzle for gas filling molded so as to be integrated with a resin molding, and also including a gas filling device passing unit and a restoration unit, one surface of the resin molding serves as the back surface, and the other surface as the outside surface, and the gas filling device passing unit is molded so as to extend to the back surface of the resin molding, is hollow and has a space for insertion of a gas filling device opened in the outside surface of the resin molding. A notch is formed in the gas filling device passing unit, and the extending direction of the notch is defined as the notching direction. The restoration unit is injection-molded so as to be integrated with the gas filling device passing unit and has an elastic restoring force, and the restoring direction of the elastic restoring force is defined as the direction of the elastic restoring force. The direction of the elastic restoring force is perpendicular to the notching direction, and the restoration unit applies the elastic restoring force from both sides opposite to the notch toward the center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
