PURPOSE: A valve driving control device for detecting opening/closing and malfunction of a valve and malfunction is provided to determine malfunction because a switch state for forcibly shutting off the power supplied to a motor is grasped by a controller. CONSTITUTION: A valve driving control device for detecting opening/closing and malfunction of a valve(200) comprises a motor(210), an AC(Alternating Current) power source(220), a valve sensing unit(230), a driving control unit(240), a judgment signal generating unit(250), and a controller(260). The motor controls opening and closing of a valve. One terminal of the AC power source is connected with one terminal of the motor. The state of the valve sensing unit is changed depending on opening and closing states of the valve. The driving control unit is connected between the other terminal of the AC power source and the valve sensing unit. The driving control unit controls the connection state of the other terminal of the AC power source and the valve sensing unit according to control signals. The judgment signal generating unit generates judgment signals based on at least one of voltage values of a connection spot of the valve sensing unit and the driving control unit and voltage values of a connection spot of the driving control unit and the other terminal of the AC power source. The controller determines the opening/closing state of the valve and the normal operation state of the motor, the valve sensing unit, or the driving control unit based on the values of the judgment signals.
