<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration drive device which can move a moving object with an extremely simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration drive device includes: the moving object 16 having guide portions 16a which are symmetrical with respect to a moving direction and which are gradually widened along the moving direction; a coil spring 13 which is brought into pressure contact with the guide portions 16a and energizes the guide portions 16a in a direction orthogonal to the moving direction; and a piezoelectric substance 11 which abuts on the guide portions 16a in a position symmetrical with respect to a pressure contact position of the guide portions 16a and the coil spring 13 to the moving direction and vibrates in the direction orthogonal to the moving direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
