<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet-recording ink composition that is a permeable drying ink rapidly permeating a recording medium, exhibits excellent fixability right after printed, and does not cause image irregularities even if used in a high-speed inkjet system. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet-recording ink composition contains: a pigment dispersion formed by dispersing a pigment in a resin; and at least one organic solvent having solubility to water at 20°C is 5% or lower.
