<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-receiving device capable of eliminating the need of an additional shield member to noise resistance, and downsizing a mounting area. <P>SOLUTION: A second conductive member 2 is disposed so as to oppose the other surface 2b of the second conductive member 2 to one surface 1a of a first conductive member 1 and an integrated circuit element 3. Therefore, the integrated circuit element 3 is covered by the first conductive member 1 and the second conductive member 2 for electromagnetic shielding. A light-receiving element 4 is disposed on one surface 1a of the second conductive member 2. Therefore, the light-receiving element 4 and the integrated circuit element 3 are not disposed on the same surface, and can be disposed so as to overlap each other, thereby reducing the size in the surface direction of the first and second conductive members 1 and 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
