<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a divided iron core without iron core openings and a method for producing the same in which man-hours can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: In a divided iron core in which arcuate divided iron core blocks composed of laminated metal thin plates are combined in an annular shape and stacked in a thickness direction, on an outer peripheral surface of the divided iron core 1, a groove for welding 1d is formed along a central axis at equal intervals on a circumferential direction, a welding plate 3, which is thinner than a depth of the groove for welding 1d is welded into the groove for welding 1d, and further a position of the divided iron core block 1 on a circumferential direction, which is stacked in the thickness direction, is shifted by an interval of θ that the groove for welding 1d is formed on a circumferential direction, and thereby reducing man-hours and eliminating iron core openings. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
