<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute accurate auto-tuning (AT) in a multiloop control system where one-sided interference occurs. <P>SOLUTION: An auto-tuning execution device comprises: an auto-tuning (AT) execution part 1 for executing limit-cycle based AT; a main control loop registration part 2 for preliminarily storing a control loop on a side giving interference as a main control loop; a vertical motion width detection part 3 for detecting vertical motion width of a controlled variable caused to the control loop while executing AT of the control loop other than the main control loop; a maximum variation detection part 4 for detecting a maximum variation of a controlled variable caused to the control loop other than the main control loop by interference between loops while executing AT of the main control loop; and an upper limit calculation part 5 for calculating an upper limit of manipulated variable at the time of executing AT of the main control loop, based on the maximum variation and the vertical motion width, and for setting the upper limit to the AT execution part 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
