摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for organic electroluminescent element in which uneven brightness is reduced in the in-plane direction, and to provide a film using the same and an organic electroluminescent element. <P>SOLUTION: The material for organic electroluminescent element contains 0.01-1% of an additive having a molecular aspect ratio of 3 or more based on an HPLC absorption area at 254 nm, and contains a compound where the HPLC absorption area at 254 nm in the material for organic electroluminescent element occupies 98% or more. The organic electroluminescent element has, on a substrate, a pair of electrodes including a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and at least one organic layer including a luminous layer between the electrodes.
