<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face-washing puff which is obtained by further improving a conventional face-washing puff and which is extremely superior in foaming. <P>SOLUTION: The face-washing puff in which a part or all of a sponge core material is wrapped with a fibrous material, is characterized in that pores are formed in the sponge core material and an air layer is provided inside.
