<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose the fitting part of a gasket, through which a current collector is passed in a battery, with crystalline resin and form the joining part between it and the current collector with a rein layer in an amorphous state to relieve stresses at the time of fitting and restrict cracks in the gasket inside the battery to prevent the content of the battery from leaking, thereby helping to improve reliability and safety after a long period of storage. <P>SOLUTION: A battery case 8 has housed therein a power generating unit in which a cathode material 6 and an anode material 5 in a gelatinous state are disposed facing each other via a separator 7, and is sealed with a sealing body 4 having an explosion-proof thin wall part 1c on the power generating unit side of a gasket 1 whose fitting part 1e, which has a current collector 2 joined with a bottom plate 3 inserted in an opening part of the battery case 8, is composed with crystalline resin, the inside of which is made of crystallized resin and the joining part with at least the current collector 2 is formed with a resin layer in an amorphous state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
