<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer film filter that isolates light without widening pulse width, and widens reflection band of visible light. <P>SOLUTION: A multilayer film filter includes at least two or more stacks laminated on a substrate, a stack being a dielectric multilayer film obtained by alternately laminating at least two or more kinds of layers each having a different refractive index to one another; and group delay dispersion of the stack sequentially decreases as the stack gets away from the substrate. A multilayer film filter further includes an adjustment layer on either or any multiple positions of between the laminated stacks, between the substrate and the stack, and on the stack farthest from the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
