PURPOSE: A row decoder circuit and a nonvolatile memory device including the same are provided to reduce power consumption by supplying a word line driving signal using driving control signals. CONSTITUTION: A row decoder circuit includes a decoding unit and a plurality of word line driving units. A decoding unit(110) supplies a first driving signal and a second driving signal with different voltage levels according to an operation mode based on a selection signal and a plurality of word line voltages. A plurality of word line driving units(120a-120n) are connected to the plurality of word lines. The plurality of word line driving units output a first driving signal and a second driving signal to the word line driving signal based on the driving control signals.
