PURPOSE: A producing method of chicken feet noodles using seasoning paste containing schisandra chinensis is provided to enable users to eat abundant amount of nutrients inside chicken feet. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of chicken feet noodles using seasoning paste containing schisandra chinensis comprises the following steps: mixing 2-3kg of washed chicken feet, 45-50g of coffee, 330-400g of soju, and water for boiling, and washing the boiled chicken feed with cold water; mixing the chicken feet with the seasoning paste containing the schisandra chinensis, pear, the coffee, and the soju, and heating the mixture for 40-80 minutes to obtain seasoned chicken feet; boiling noodles before rinsing with cold water and removing the moisture; and mixing the noodles with the seasoned chicken feet. |
