PURPOSE: A polymer gel electrolyte composition, a manufacturing method thereof, and a dye-sensitized solar battery including thereof with a superior durability and stability are provided to enhance stability by chemically cross-linked boding electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of A polymer gel electrolyte composition comprises the following steps: manufacturing cross-linked poly(4- vinylphenol) by cross-linking poly(4-vinylphenol) and poly(melamine-co-formaldehyde) using a cross-linking agent; adsorbing electrolyte in the cross linked poly(4- vinylphenol); and adding additives. A reaction temperature of the cross-linked reaction is within range of 130-160 deg. Celsius. An addition amount of the cross-linked agent is 50-100 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of poly(4-vinylphenol).
