<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fluctuation of a demand power amount and to stabilize the demand power amount. <P>SOLUTION: An operation management device includes: a demand excess value determination portion determining whether purchase power supplied from a purchase power supply of a commercial power system in power per prescribed time, which a power load prediction value shows and which is previously decided, exceeds a target value based on the power load prediction value shown by making power predicted in an operation plan as power supplied to a load device, whose temperature is adjusted to a setting temperature which is previously decided in a prediction day, correspond to time; and a plan change portion changing the operation plan in such a way that the purchase power outputted to an outdoor arrangement per prescribed time, which exceeds the target value and which is previously decided, is reduced when the demand excess determination portion determines that the purchase power exceeds the target value and that the purchase power outputted to the outdoor arrangement per prescribed time, which does not exceed the target value and is previously decided, is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
