<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve positioning accuracy of a regulating member for regulating layer thickness of toner. <P>SOLUTION: A developing device 54 includes: a developing roller 75 having a cylindrical member with a hollow part and a shaft to be inserted in the hollow part, holding developer containing toner on the surface of the cylindrical member and supplying the toner to a photoreceptor drum by rotating around the shaft; a regulating member 77 provided in parallel with the developing roller 75 and regulating the layer thickness of the toner on the surface of the cylindrical member; a support member 78 for supporting one end of the shaft of the developing roller 75 and one end of the regulating member 77; and a support member 79 for supporting the other end of the shaft of the developing roller 75 and the other end of the regulating member 77. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
