<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for laminating an optical substrate and a mounting substrate, while increasing yield and reducing production cost, and a method for producing a flexible substrate using the same method. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of: providing an optical substrate; providing a solid silicon layer having electrostatic attraction force; providing the solid silicon layer on the optical substrate utilizing electrostatic attraction force; providing a mounting substrate; and providing the mounting substrate on the solid silicon layer utilizing electrostatic attraction force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
