<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a sufficient reduction of a load to be brought to bear on freezing cycle, while avoiding a situation in which condensation occurs at a compressed air feed end. <P>SOLUTION: This compressed air dehumidification system 1 for removing the moisture of compressed air comprises a freezing cycle 3, a reheating part 24 for heating compressed air which is through with dehumidification process by performing a heat exchange mutually between the compressed air which is through with the dehumidification process and the compressed air to be dehumidified, a primary cooling part 21 for cooling the compressed air to be dehumidified, a tertiary cooling part 23 which is equipped with an evaporator 31 and for cooling the compressed air whose cooling at the primary cooling part 21 is completed by performing a heat exchange mutually between the compressed air whose cooling at the primary cooling part 21 is completed and a refrigerant carrier inside the evaporator 31. In addition, the system 1 also comprises a secondary cooling part 22 for cooling the compressed air whose cooling at the primary cooling part 21 is completed by performing a heat exchange mutually between the compressed air which is through with the cooling process at the primary cooling part 21 and a drain W.
