<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety and usability. <P>SOLUTION: A charge cable 3 is suspended from a rope 2 stretched to an electric vehicle 200 by fixing a fixing portion 20 to the electric vehicle 200. Thus, the charge cable 3 is not placed on the ground as in a conventional example. Hence, the possibility that people trip over the charge cable 3 and blemishes are made in a vehicle body or clothes by mud adhered to the charge cable 3.
