<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently reduce not only noise due to dark current and offset noise but also lateral noise due to time variation of gate line applied voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation detecting section has a plurality of pixels arrayed in form of a matrix and detects incident radiation. A readout section has a plurality of readout schemes which can selectively be used and reads out a detection signal from the radiation detecting section. A storage part stores correction values respectively corresponding to the readout schemes by each readout scheme.
