<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoke prevention system of an internal combustion engine capable of lowering the compression ratio for suppressing an increase in cylinder internal pressure and preventing the occurrence of smoke. <P>SOLUTION: In the smoke prevention system of a diesel engine 1 achieving low compression ratio, an electric turbocharger 6 is mounted on the diesel engine 1. Under an engine environment where smoke easily occurs, the turbo charger 6 is operated, and the cylinder internal pressure is increased by supercharging pressure, thereby preventing the occurrence of smoke. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
