<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit the high quality of a shutter in which a shutter base material is concealed by a pad member and a skin material is exposed to the outside, and which has elasticity generated by a foam. <P>SOLUTION: The shutter S includes: the shutter base material SB in which slide supports 30, 30 arranged at ends 10A, 10B opposing guide rails GR1, GR2 are slide-movably supported to the corresponding guide rails GR1, GR2, and which is bent and deformed conforming to the guide rails GR1, GR2 in which linear parts and curved parts are continuous to each other; and a pad member PD arranged on one face of the shutter base material SB. The pad member PD is formed of the foam 40 which is arranged on one face of the shutter base material SB and has elasticity, and the skin material 50 which is arranged so as to cover the surface of the foam 40 and has flexibility.
