FILTERING METHOD, FILTERING SYSTEM AND FILTERING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely protect against an attack performed by partially changing a URL.

SOLUTION: A partial URL generation part 15 generates a partial URL consisting of a character string other than a character string which is estimated to be changed in a malignant URL from the malignant URL which is a URL indicating a storage destination of malicious resource information and stores the generated partial URL in a partial URL storage part 16. A filtering part 17 performs URL filtering of a URL including the partial URL stored in the partial URL storage part 16 as a malignant URL.
