<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card holder from which, even an RFID tag is held therein, it can be easily extracted, and to provide a carrying container with the card holder. <P>SOLUTION: (1) The card holder includes: a card holder body which forms a gap for holding an RFID tag or the like between an outer surface of the carrying container wall as an attaching object; and gap forming pieces for forming the gap facilitating the extraction of the RFID tag or the like between the outer surface of the carrying container wall and the RFID tag. (2) The card holder is described in (1), characterized in that the gap is 1 to 30 mm.
