<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an antitheft device of a saddle-type vehicle superior in an antitheft property. <P>SOLUTION: This mounting structure of the antitheft device of the saddle-type vehicle is used for a motorcycle 1 including a steering device 11 having a bar handle and steering a front wheel 3, a mudguard 21 provided on the steering device 11 and provided on an upper part of the front wheel 3, and a front body 31 for oppositely arranging a hole part 41 of steerably and loosely inserting the steering device 11 to the front wheel 3 and having a space 35 inside. An antitheft device body 60 is stored in the space 35, and the antitheft device body 60 is arranged on the side where a front part 22 of the mudguard 21 approaches the hole part 41 when locking steering of the bar handle. Therefore, since the front part 22 of the mudguard 21 covers the hole part 41 when locking the steering of the bar handle, a hand cannot be inserted into the hole part 41 from the locked side, thereby, preventing the antitheft device body 60 from being removed or disabled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
