<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily produce a CG character with facial expression. <P>SOLUTION: A CG character production device for producing a CG character model using texture image data, comprises: image acquisition means that acquires respective images in opening and closing states of the eyes and mouth of a person to be the CG character model; surface data pasting means that pastes the images acquired by the image acquisition means as the texture image data on surface data having a shape set as the head part of the CG character model; and texture changing means that changes the texture image data pasted on the surface data by the surface data pasting means in association with the CG character's lines or motions.
