<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bamboo stepper that allows a user to easily obtain an effect only by placing the feet thereon, utilizing the time to sit on a chair. <P>SOLUTION: A seesaw type bamboo stepper 1 of inverted triangular form whose cross-sectional shape is a sector 2 on the bottom face is placed under a desk. Utilizing a long time of desk work and study, the feet are naturally placed in a posture of being seated on the chair, and the feet are freely played while being adjusted to the upward toe angle to stimulate the pressure points on the soles 4 of the feet to thereby take off fatigue. A sufficient effect can be obtained only with the weight of the feet due to a long time, and there is also an effect of extending the muscles of the calves by standing on the split bamboo with the heels touching the floor.
