<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and an image forming system in which the safety of user data is considered. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes a storage part 80 storing the user data, an identification information determination part 91 determining whether or not identification information inputted to an identification information input part 100 is identification information corresponding to a user who can access the storage part 80, an information update determination part 92 determining whether or not the user data stored in the storage part 80 is updated, a writing and reading part 93 capable of writing the user data in the storage part 80 and reading the user data stored in the storage part 80, when it is determined that the inputted identification information is the identification information corresponding to the user who can access the storage part 80 by the identification information determination part 91, and a notification control part 94 transmitting notification information as information for showing that the user data is written to a transmission destination, when the user data is written in the storage part 80. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
