<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic jig for manufacturing an airtight terminal that has an excellent mold release property for a glass and eliminates a reproduction process for maintaining the mold release property using ceramic having excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance, and wear resistance, thereby solving the problem that it is difficult maintain dimensional accuracy because a conventional jig for manufacturing an airtight terminal is made of graphite, and the surface is easily exhausted. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic jig, etc. is provided that includes an organization structure in which a granular titanium oxide and a granular aluminum titanate are fused by a glass material in the contact interface of the both surfaces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
