<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which, if correction values for a driver and a comparator which are set in a state where a performance board is not connected are close to the upper value or lower value in the allowable setting range, margins for further adjustment of the correction values are reduced in a calibration that is performed in a state where the performance board is connected. <P>SOLUTION: A testing apparatus comprises: a correction part for adding/subtracting a set output correction value to/from an output setting value; a first addition/subtraction part for adding/subtracting a stored offset value to/from the output setting value; and a setting part for calculating a first output correction value, setting a difference between a reference value within an allowable setting range and the first output correction value as an offset value to the first addition/subtraction part, calculating a second output correction value on the basis of the reference value, and setting it to the correction part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
