<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentration measuring apparatus capable of highly accurately measuring a concentration of a target compound with a low concentration. <P>SOLUTION: A concentration measuring apparatus comprises a sample measuring tank 5 determining the quantity of a sample solution, a coloring agent measuring tank 6 determining the quantity of a coloring agent solution, a dilution water measuring tank 7 measuring dilution water, a mixing tank 20 mixing measured solutions, and absorbance units 26, 27 and 28 measuring visible light absorbance of a mixture of the solutions. The concentration measuring apparatus further comprises a first supply part 21 supplying the sample solution to the sample measuring tank 5, a second supply part 22 supplying the coloring agent solution to the coloring agent measuring tank 6 and a third supply part 23 supplying the dilution water to the dilution water measuring tank 7, which supply parts are all capable of sending a fluid in forward and backward directions, and a control operation part 70 controlling operations of the first, second and third supply parts 21, 22 and 23 for supplying the solutions to the tanks 5, 6 and 7, respectively, through normal rotating operations of the first, second and third supply parts before discharging the sample solution, the coloring agent solution and the dilution water through reverse rotating operations of the supply parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
