PURPOSE: A method for automatically converting a calling mode of a mobile terminal is provided to determine a current situation of a place based on movement state of a mobile terminal within communication range of an access point. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal determines location movement(S310). The mobile terminal generates a movement information message(S320). The mobile terminal modulates the movement information message(S330). The mobile terminal receives a mode conversion message from an AP(Access Point)(S340). The mobile terminal converts a vibration/bell mode after confirming integrity about a message authentication code(S350,S360).
