PURPOSE: A method for detecting an analyzing object using a SPR(Surface Plasmon Resonance) method is provided to efficiently detect analyzing object by using a SPR(Surface Plasmon Resonance) method without the need to fix a ligand on a surface of a sensor because a super-paramagnetic metallic oxide nano particle is used as a movable switch coagulated by an analyzing object and drawn by an external magnetic field. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting an analyzing object using a SPR method is as follows. An aggregating agent is formed by contacting a super-paramagnetic metallic oxide nano particle, in which a ligand is joined, and a sample containing an analyzing object. A resonance angle change is measured by moving the aggregating agent to a surface of sensor by an outer magnetic field.
