PURPOSE: An amphibious movable photographing device and a sewer pipe photographing method using the same are provided to smoothly maintain a device by recording a damaged portion of a sewer pipe using a CCTV and reconsidering a repairing method while playing the recorded data of the damaged portion of the sewer pipe. CONSTITUTION: An amphibious movable photographing device comprises an amphibious movable photographing unit(110), an external control unit(120), a cable(130), and an auxiliary operating unit(140). The amphibious movable photographing unit moves in a land section in which sediment is piled on a floor of a sewer pipe by a power of a driving wheel. The amphibious movable photographing unit is floated in an aquatic section in which amount of flowing water of the sewer pipe is many, thereby photographing damaged proton while moving by using a power of a screw. The external control unit outputs and saves data photographed by the amphibious movable photographing unit and supplies the power to the amphibious movable photographing unit. The cable connects the amphibious movable photographing unit and external control unit, thereby controlling an operation of the amphibious movable photographing unit and supplying the power. The auxiliary operating unit is mounted to a manhole of the sewer pipe to measure a moving distance of the amphibious movable photographing unit.
