PURPOSE: A refueling apparatus with a wrong refueling prevention function is provided to prevent accidents by preventing injection of different kinds of fuel, and to prevent damage of an engine caused by injecting different kinds of fuel. CONSTITUTION: A refueling apparatus with a wrong refueling prevention function comprises a RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag(10a) and an oil gun(20a). The RFID tag is mounted on a fuel inlet(30a) of a vehicle and distinguishes vehicles using diesel or gasoline. A RFID reader(21) is mounted on the oil gun and deciphers the kind of fuel from the RFID tag and the kind of fuel inputted in advance. If the deciphered kind of fuel is matched with the inputted kind of fuel, the oil gun refuels oil.
