<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated steel sheet in which all of microwave reflection properties, water absorption resistance, heat reflection properties, black properties and end face part corrosion resistance are excellent. <P>SOLUTION: An Al plated stainless steel sheet is used as a coating original sheet, and a top coating film including a heat resistant resin and a black near infrared reflective pigment is formed thereon. The heat resistant resin is the dehydrated condensate of a polyether sulfone resin having hydroxy groups on both the terminals of the molecular chain thereof. In the black near infrared reflective pigment, the average reflectance in the wavelength region of 400 to 750 nm is ≤10%, and also, the average reflectance in the wavelength region of 750 to 2,500 nm is ≥20%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
