<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating coil used for an induction heating device capable of inserting work in a space inside the heating coil without raising or lowering the heating coil or the work, saving costs, and improving heating efficiency, especially in a coating system adopting a drying process by induction heating. <P>SOLUTION: A heating coil is molded in a cylindrical shape having a ceiling portion 11; and a side wall portion 10 having one side 6 of a side portion, a back portion 7, the other side 8 of the side portion, and an opening portion 9 on a front surface side. The side wall portion 10 is configured by forming one electric wire 2 in a cylindrical shape, and deforming the electric wire 2 configuring a front surface side part upward to form the opening portion 9 on the front surface side. The ceiling portion 11 is configured by molding an electric wire 2 continuing to the electric wire 2 configuring the side wall portion 10 in a spiral shape so as to block the opening on an upper part of the side wall portion 10, on the upper side of the side wall portion 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
