<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for drain piping, which prevents a flame, smoke, a toxic gas and the like from flowing out to stories above a fire occurrence story in a building, and a drain piping structure. <P>SOLUTION: A member 1 for drain piping is provided in a portion where a pipe material 4 with a nonflammable pipe end and a pipe material 6 with a flammable pipe end are connected together. The member 1 for the drain piping has a nonflammable member body 27 surrounding at least the outside of the flammable pipe end. A thermally-expandable fire-resistant material 30 covered with a water-resistant or deterioration-resistant exterior material 36 and expanding at a predetermined temperature is provided on the inner peripheral side of the member body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
